HealthPro is seeking a dynamic Marketing and Sales Coordinator to be a part of a growing marketing and sales team.
|Duties:||This key position works directly with the marketing and sales team, including internal and external partners, to maximize the company’s new business growth opportunities. Develop, coordinate, and implement the daily marketing and sales activities in support of the company’s marketing and sales plans and strategies including all aspects of the marketing and sales cycle, including but not limited to: |
•Conduct market and prospective client research on the internet, via phone, or other sources to determine service needs and supplement prospect and competitive information with an aggressive focus to generate sales opportunities and obtain market data.
•Maintain competition data and analysis for variance and similarities to company services.
•Assist with the construction and implementation of company branding and positioning, and outbound marketing and sales campaigns and activities such as direct mailings, e-marketing, advertising, new releases, lead generation phone calls, public relations activities (i.e. speaking with editors, getting press and publications in venues), referral programs, etc. designed to create brand awareness and demand for services.
•Create, coordinate, execute, and maintain inventory of all marketing and sales collateral materials (sales literature) to aid the sales cycle, including selecting and managing vendors.
•Provide input to company’s website presentation and online tools.
•Partner with the sales team in various aspects of lead generation and sales lead fulfillment including preparing proposals and RFI/RFP responses to all submitted for information, pricing and/or proposals in a timely manner.
•Assist in the development of professional sales presentations in an effective manner.
•Assist with the management of lead follow-up by sending and receiving emails and phone calls during the sales and implementation process.
•Manage and maintain electronic client and prospect market data.
•Maintain mailing lists and conduct research, phone calls and data entry to correct and update information.
•Assist with preparation, analysis, and coordination of sales and marketing plans, reports, budgets, and records.
|Qualifications:||BS or BA degree in Marketing or related business field of study preferred. Three to five years of marketing and sales coordination, administrative and project support experience, preferably in at least 2 different organizations. Equivalent combinations of work experience and education will be considered. Medical billing or physician services experience preferred. |
